I have been very lucky to work in variety of settings, which has taught me a variety of approaches when treating soft tissues. You are not going to get a "standard" massage using a recipe of specific moves when you come to me. I am interested to know what your body is asking for specifically, so that I can address those needs in an effective way. Each massage session is different, based on the client. Please feel free to ask as many questions as you like before your session (or during!) so that you can feel comfortable with your treament. I will ask you questions about your preference of pressure, your massage goals, and your health history so that I can design a treatment plan that is best for you!
